Request for Deactivation
Each Omnis Serial Number is licensed for use on one machine. You can move your software from one machine to another (as a replacement) by first deactivating the Omnis product.
Before using this form to deactivate the Omnis product, you should first attempt to perform the deactivation directly from the Omnis application. To deactivate, open the Omnis application and select the Deactivate Serial Number option from the File menu. Click Yes to confirm the deactivation.
If, due to hardware failure, you are unable to deactivate, please submit the form below. This will allow you to reactivate your Omnis product on a replacement system. It is important that you provide as much detail as possible about the previous system's status. All such requests must be submitted using this form by an affiliate of the licensed site.
