    How do I make a SSL connection with TCPConnect

    Omnis Studio 4.3.1 on Mac client.
    A web service I am using recently made the switch to https which broke my existing code.
    I now receive the following error from their server

    400 The plain HTTP request was sent to HTTPS port

    Unfortunately, I am not using the Web Services Component.
    Is there a way to import an SSL cert into my Omnis client without using this component?

    Nowadays there are many third-party websites which are offering SSL certificates both free as well paid depending upon the features and customers requirement. For example, Cloudflare is one of the best websites offering SSL certificate. There are many online tutorials available on youtube describing each and every step with a practical demo.
