I have just realized that my conversation on this forum is accessible outside of the forum including in google search. Is there a way to set my discussions to be private outside the forum but public within the forum? In the meantime I have changed my name to “hide” my identity.

Yes. It works like any other forum.
It helps people to find this forum when they use a search engine.

I’m in another Omnis forum and my credentials/comments are not searchable outside the forum. Anyway, now I know in here is a public forum. Anything I post is visible to the world.
