Real-Estate Community Management Solution Experiences Rapid Growth with Omnis Studio

Using Omnis Studio together with other core technologies in their enterprise application, Strataware, developed by Mystrata, enables managers of large scale real-estate communities to operate their businesses in the cloud: this sector in the real-estate industry is known as "Strata Title", "Body Corporate", "Condominium" or "Home Owners Association" management. Whatever the name, or country, there is always a consistent requirement for sophisticated technology to enable efficient communication and transparency. Mystrata fills this need with its Strataware product which is currently being used in ten countries and expanding to many new regions throughout the world.

Strataware offers a rich feature set of highly customizable components comprising: General Ledger accounting, sophisticated reporting, automated invoicing, document management, contract and register management, meeting and minutes management, mail- merged email communication tools, email tracking and reporting, SMS functionality, tendering and purchase order generation, insurance claims tracking, owner and tenant management, and overall CRM functions, all with screen by screen security.

The company’s latest offering "MyCommunity" is a web portal system linked to Strataware. This product enables committee members, owners and residents to communicate and share information and to "self-service" the administration of their home or investment. Other products and services provided by Mystrata include an electronic payment gateway and bespoke web portal sites for individual buildings or real estate communities.
